09/15/2025 YEspino Called 856-641-7725 to speak to Jose Domingo to verify the devices in question. This number is for Biomed and i was able to speak to Emilia. She was unable to find the devices in question so she i left a message to get a call back from Jose.


08/06/2025 MNewman - SN 100066018 remaining on case was completed for FCO66 by Luis Iser. POC was Brock Miller 813-904-2183 brock.miller@crothall.com. No FSE Credentialing required, just a check-in process. Previously located at Advent Health Wesley Chapel 2600 Bruce B Downs Blvd, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL. Planner to contact Brock regarding this SN.


07/15/2025 ALuman - Sent an email to Ruben Hinote with serial number list to see if he can look network wide for the devices and help coordinate the correct POC for scheduling

03/06/2025 YEspino Recieved an email back from Emanuel confirming the devices in question. The only SN not found was SN:100005236.Will be sending out a confirmation email to get this site scheduled out.

10/11/2024 YEspino Called 863-443-3143 to speak to Cliff Springsteen to verify 2 V60 Vents. Was able to speak to Cliff and he advised that one SN:100006690 is in service and hasn't been worked on. The other device SN: 100005236 is not in service and not in use. Advised him i would send him a confirmation email to get the one device serviced and the other signed off on since its no longer in service or use. The location was confirmed and no credentialing needed for the Tech.


06/03/2024 YEspino Received an email back from clifford.springsteen@crothall.com confirming 7 out of the 11 devices. These 3 SN: 100005236, 100006599, 100006698 are no longer onsite or in storage. Will send a confirmation email to get this scheduled out. 


05/30/2024 YEspino Called 863-443-3143 to speak to Clifford springsteen to verify 1 V60 Vent. Was able to speak to him and he asked for an email to be sent out because he is not currently infront of his desk.
