09/09/2025 ALuman - handed off to field for review. Devices were confirmed via email from Ruben Hinote, however once FSE was onsite no devices were located
09/08/2025 ALuman - devices have still not been located. Working with Advent Health staff
07/29/2025 ALuman - FSE Manny to take care of parts on PWO. These devices were confirmed before site visit occurred, but no devices were located and onsite staff advised FSE they are no longer there
07/09/2025 ALuman - device confirmed to be at AdventHealth Apopka via email from Ruben Hinote. Dispatch to Manny Tavares to complete 7/21-7/23. Email confirmation sent

01/27/2025 MHamersley - called 407-632-8289, call went to Ruben's VM/LM. rec'd email replies from Tami Summers (Advent Health West Florida Division, Heart of Florida, Four Corners OSED, Winter Haven OSED) McKinsey Quinn (Lake Wales) and Lorianne Nesgoda (Advent Health Heart of Florida) all stating these devices are not in their inventory.

Most likely, the ventilators were purchased directly from the campus with the vendor and delivered to our warehouse just for cross-docking (non-stock)."
