5/21 KHardison, Cancelling, combining with repair WO.

4/3 KHensley called site to see if there's any requirements needed prior to coming on site. The person who answered the phone confirmed the number and said there are no requirements needed. Hours are 5am-9pm S-S

🔧 Work Performed
Replaced top 3 kick plate screws from trunk stock. When kiosk restarted after checking BIOS, PC only recognized top monitor. Had to hold power and reset on PC for 45 seconds and reboot to fix issue. While performing Higi PM, BP test failed due leak in system. Replaced BP cuff from trunk, performed BP test again and still has leak in system. Follow up will be needed for replacement NIBP system, all other functional test passed.

Kiosk working properly with no physical damage found, top 3 kick plate screws missing.
