🔧 Work Performed
Upon arrival the touch screen was blue. i Reset higi and set BIOS setting powerOn after powerfail to power On. that fixed the issue and made the higi fully operational. I preformed the PM Checklist. Higi failed due to Backlighting LEDs not working on the seat and tower side. both screens was not fully functional, needs top screen replaced. I confirmed with higi support that the higi did not need to be connected to the network and to remain off line.
