08/21/2025 LHill rec'd email from Kazim-Please find attached a photo of S/N CSA-2014040815. I Started working at Washington Gas at the Wharf July 18th, 2022, in my understanding we have only one (1) blood pressure machine.


She confirmed contact and equipment below.

Scheduling ahead needed: Call when the technician will be arriving at the lobby to bring him for the 7th floor. cellphone is (571) 591-4019.

We are showing that you have 3 machines at this location. Do you know what happened to the other 2 kiosks? WouCAld it be possible to give me the serial number of the kiosk that you do have? If you are sitting at the machine it would be like behind your knee. Should start with CSA- then some numbers.
