Technician Findings upon arrival: Found unit fully functional.
Actions Taken/Work Performed: Completed Higi PM. Durin unit test saw that the weight test didn't show. Did a calibration to see if that fix the issue but it didn't. Spoke to L2 and was told to call Higi. Spoke to Jerry at Higi and was able to get the test back on unit. Load is bad and will need to be replaced. Also, will need speaker kit as wall.
Final Resolution: Follow up needed.
