💬 Activities, Notes & Communications
🔒Internal CSA Notes
8/21/25 RCook- Received teams chat from SRogers stating: I don’t want to do it that way. That will be wildly inefficient. I will game plan another solution and will let you know.
8/21/25 RCook- Spoke with Luis Torres, states that he would prefer to not stay overnight for kiosk PMs. Is requesting to drive to this job complete it and come back home. Sent teams message to SRogers stating: Just spoke with Luis about staying overnight sometime for kiosk PMs and then taking care of the ME PM. He is asking if he can just go to the PM one day and come back. He does not want to stay overnight for kiosk PMs. Please advise. This PM is a little over 4 hours one way so this would be his only job for the day.
8/20/25 RCook- Sent teams message to SRogers stating: The WO for Luis Torres that needs to be rescheduled, it is FAR. My thought is to have Luis spend some time in the Boston area with the kiosk there and at the end of that trip go to the ME location then home. Thoughts? Will Luis spend a couple of days overnight to do this? Per SRogers: As long as we confirm dates with him ahead of time, he's usually good with doing overnights occasionally.
8/20/25 RCook- Received message from SRogers stating: can we reschedule WO-01256221? Luis has a family emergency and needs to head home earlier than planned today (all other calls will be/have been completed already). Placed WO in reschedule status.
6/26 KSmith -- FSE is booked with repairs and other June PMs
🔧Work Performed
Completed required PM, all functional test passed. Completed self test as well.
🔍Technician Findings
Unit working properly with no physical damage found.
⚠️Problem Description
Please Perform the PM for this Kiosk based on the product listed in the work order: 90550, LC300, LC500.
***IMPORTANT CHANGE****
Please Log/notate in the technician findings the number of times the kiosk was used and double check the SN. If the SN is different than in the work order please also notate the correct SN. Regardless if the SN matches continue to perform the PM service.
If location is a non-retail location a call ahead to schedule is required
PM Checklist Tips:
If Checklist is not populating, make sure the order type contains 'PM' and the product must contain an 90550, LC300 or LC500. Update the order status to 'tech onsite' and the workflow will look for the parameters in which a PM checklist is required and will auto attach.
Common missed step: After you Finalize the checklist you must select 'Print checklist' for the checklist to attach to the work order for the billing reviewer to review.
