01/19/2026 YEspino Called 315-332-2022 to verify the ultrasound device in question. Asked to be transferred over to the biomed dept, but then was advised that the line is busy and was advised to call back.

Verification Test: Performed Probe and Connectors Checks for all probes. Confirmed all probes pass.Completed all Peripheral Checks-system passed.Completed full system diagnostics-system passed. Equipment passed all required tests and has been returned to the customer fully functional. Template Name: Template Description: Problem Found: Action Taken: “Completed FMI 78101 by installing new supplied batteries / Batteries installed by customer and dispose of old batteries according to local regulation”. Verification Test: “Performed battery charging test - verified after 10 minutes, the scan time increased. Completed full system diagnostics-system passed. Equipment passed all required tests and has been returned to the customer fully functional”."
