07/22/2024 JRolston - Per call with FSE Bennet Dartey, removing from dispatch and placing back in "RFS" status. Per Bennet, site does not have Philips batteries, they have ordered but are currently on backorder. Will follow-up with the site at a later date regarding battery status.
