10/17 KSmith -- Meredith requested 10/30 at 2pm.

10/16 SBerry: Confirmed delivery of gas via UPS and spoke with signee of package on site. Emailing site POC now to begin scheduling process

10/8 KFricke - This order was placed on PO-23106, but the vendor refused shipment to a residential address, resubmitting for delivery to the site.

10/6 KSmith -- Shawn has a call set up today with Keith/Rob to get an update on the gas

9/29/2025 Sramen - found that there was a parts order placed on 9/19. Not sure why this didn't move to awaiting parts status so I manually moved it since we are still waiting on the gas.

9/24 KSmith -- Shawn is following up with Keith today to check about the gas

9/19 KSmith -- Inspection is schedule for 10/15 at 1pm. If gas is ready by then this will be schedule for the same time. (WO-01300134)

9/19 KSmith -- Shawn spoke with Keith and was advised the tools have been ordered but the gas was never ordered. Gas should be ordered today

9/18 KSmith -- Tech support found additional tools were needed. Tools have been ordered and gas is not ready to pick up yet

8/19/2025 Sramen - spoke with SBerry and found that we are waiting on L2 to provide support to the tech on what is needed to complete this service request. I am changing the delay code to 5b (tech support unavail) still waiting on them to provide direction to the tech.
