10/10/2025 Cever called 406-995-6995 and spoke to Carla at EXT 5071 she advised the device's that are pulled are in biomed and the FSe knows where those are. If FSE needs a different device he can go to the Resp Managers office for assistance. Did advise SN we was looking for as well.
10/10/2025 ALuman - called main number 406-995-6995. asked for respiratory dept. Advised I need to speak with RT Manager Carla ext 5071. No answer, left VM
10/08/2025 YEspino Called 406-995-6995 to verify the device in question. Asked to be transferred over to the biomed dept. Was advised i would be transferred over to Bosemens because thats where the biomed dept is located. Was able to speak to Connie from Trimedx and she advised she would take a message for me and have the biomed dept give me a call back.
