09/08/2025 ABelyea - adjusting due date and reopening so tech can complete RMA on this work order

09/03 LY - tech complete the work order on time. the parts order process held up the closing. out of techs control.

8/28/25 RCook- Returning WO to dispatch update problem description. Problem description should state what is needed. The technician has already completed the removal and is just needing the return kit for the L-assembly to ship back to Wilmington, OH. It should also states that this WO should go to Mike Huffman as he is the technician that has the L-Assembly and completed the removal. WO will need to go back to L2 for parts order to be added as original parts order went to WM tech.


8/27/2025 CRamen got on a teams call with Rhea and LHill and there was confusion on the need to have created another WO for a box to be sent to MHuffman fo send a Ltop back after a removal of a unit. Rhea is getting witrh SRamen on this one.
