8/29/25 RCook- Spoke with Erica, rescheduled for 9/4/25. Arrival time between 8-10AM. Returned WO to dispatch and placed into RFS to reassign. Reached out to SRamen to assist with reassignment.


8/29/25 RCook- Per MFranks in teams call, try to reschedule WO for him. He is much closer. This will require an overnight stay for Joseph Anderson and there isn't enough work in this area to stay overnight.

8/29/25 RCook- Sent teams message to MFranks stating: We also have another one in Gainesville, FL due 9/3/25. Joey is the closest with the skillset. This is 4 hours one way for him. His next available is 9/5/25 unless I move the inspection on 9/3/25 that was due on 7/31/25. Waiting for confirmation on how to proceed.

🔧 Work Performed
Disassembly mounting assembly. Verified all pin connectors are properly seated. Tested power supply (24V). Tested wall outlet (118V). Replaced block assembly and LED control panel. After installing the red LED would function until you pressed a button on control panel. There was an additional power supply, block assembly and control panel. The result was the same. All trouble shooting was directed by Travis at Olympic.
🔍 Technician Findings
The LED light system was not functional, Customer gave me a box of parts shipped to them by Olympic.

Olympic Veterinary Model 52001 Folding Exam Station Serial Number 18506 TBD Description of Service(s) Requested Need to replace controller for integrated LED system on table. For instructions, please contact Olympic Veterinary Assembly Manager Travis Lee upon arrival: 541-501-3689.
