09/04/2025 YEspino Called 904-956-1929 to speak to Kieu-anh Nguyen to verify the devices in question. Was able to speak to Kieu and she was able to confirm the serial numbers in question. She also confirmed the location and no creditaling. The customer also expressed that she is very upset that we keep sending techs out but they either dont show up or dont show up the next day to finish the job. advised i would alert the planner and supervisor so we can make sure it doesn't happen again.
