10/28/25 AJinerson - Received email back from POC Markus Terrell Jean with following instructions for tech arrival today:
" Upon arriving on campus, please have your team call our non-emergency dispatch at 305-243-7233 (SAFE) and ask for the Supervisor on duty. A security officer will then meet them at Desai Sethi and provide any necessary assistance. I have copied our team on this email. "
10/27/25 AJinerson - Email back to POC Yolanda confirming we have our technician available to visit tomorrow, 10/28 with arrival time of 7PM per their request to schedule at/after 7PM.
I sent email asking Yolanda to provide the POC on site and phone number.
Also asked for arrival instructions, and location of equipment/parts so technician can locate.
10/27/25 AJinerson - Checking w/ FSE out of Cape Coral, FL to see if available to travel to cover this repair since customer needs after hours.
Would be 6 hour round trip.
10/27/25 AJinerson - Received email back from POC Yolanda stating this needs to be scheduled after 7PM.
I spoke with assigned tech EB - he cannot work afterhours this week due to personal matters, an the last time we scheduled him for this site afterhours, no one showed up to assist him inside and he waited for almost 2 hours without being able to service. Sending message to tech SUP on how to proceed.
10/24/25 AJinerson - Yolanda emailed back confirming scheduling for Tues. 10/28.
I emailed back asking what time these units will be available for service since she said this would need to be "after hours".
I let her know we have arrival as early as 2pm-4pm if that works for them.
10/22/25 AJinerson - Sent email to POC Yolanda offering tech visit on 10/27, 10/28, or 10/29 since site must be scheduled after working hours.
10/22/25 AJinerson - Called Yolanda to follow up again and reschedule. Yolanda requested to be emailed. Since tech went on requested date by customer as scheduled but no one was there to assist on site.
10/20/25 AJinerson - Placing WO into reschedule due to below. Confirmed w/ tech SUP that this will be scheduled past SLA due to tech arrived on site on 10/18 per customer's request and had to wait for 2 hours with no one on site to assist him inside. Will have to reschedule to when tech is back in area week of 10/27.

I have met the assigned schedule to repair the exam lights. I called security and reported that I was at the entrance of the building. They told me to wait because they were on shift change. 15 minutes later, I called and they informed me that they would send someone and that I should continue waiting. I also texted Yolanda POC and called her. There was no response. After a while, Ms. Yolanda called. She told me to wait. After an hour and 30 minutes, no one arrived. I informed Ms. Yolanda via text that a new schedule would be made to carry out this service order.
10/16/25 AJinerson - Received email from Markus Jean:
"Upon arrival on campus, please have your team call our non-emergency dispatch (305) 243-7233; and ask for the Shift Supervisor and they will have a security officer meet you at Desai Sethi and assist as needed. "
10/16/25 AJinerson - Received email back from POC Yolanda stating the below for tech's visit on Sat. 10/18:
the lights will be placed inside each exam room (22 and 28). I have cc’d the security team’s supervisor who will provide access, @Jean, Markus Terrell - waiting for response for onsite contact info.
10/16/25 AJinerson - Sent email back to POC Yolanda confirming tech visit for Sat. 10/18 1PM and asking her to provide POC info for this date, along with arrival instructions/where tech can locate parts when on site.
10/16/25 AJinerson - Confirmed w/ tech and tech SUP that tech can service this on Saturday, 10/18 with arrival around 1PM. Called Yolanda back and confirmed scheduling tech visit at 1PM on Sat. 10/18.
I asked Yolanda who POC on site will be and she said to email her the confirmation of scheduling and she will respond with all scheduling details.
10/16/25 AJinreson - unable to log call on ring central. Spoke with Yolanda regarding scheduling, they are specifically requesting to schedule on Friday, 10/17 after 6PM or on Saturday, 10/18 after 6PM. I let Yolanda know we have all day Monday, 10/20 available but she said no matter what day we schedule, it MUST be after hours. Checking w/ SUP/tech to see when we'd be available to work after hours and will call Yolanda back to confirm.
10/16/2025 LHill-rec'd call from Yolanda. She is ready to schedule. I transferred over the call to Abby since she is back.
10/10/2025 LHill-spoke with Yolanda and she did locate the parts. She is waiting to find out what time they will be able to have a tech come onsite. Said it may have to be after hours. She will call me back.

I reached out to the customer yesterday. Yolanda advised that tracking shows delivered but she doesn't have the parts. She was going to look into this.
10/08/2025 LHill-called 786-932-0602 and spoke with Yolanda Fernandez. She advised that tracking says it was delivered but she doesn't have the parts. She is looking into this. I advised her when she finds/receives the parts to give us a call.
