10/23 Jason - Repair Complete - Found the bed with a not stating what was wrong with it. Upon initial inspection, the mattress was showing not detected even after being plugged in to the wall and verified connected to the bed properly. Removed the fuse holder to find that there were no fuses in the holder. Replaced both fuses and reinserted. No the bed lights came on and the mattress was detectable and fully functioning. Replaced the footboard. The display was no longer giving bed alarms and was fully operational. Performed a full functionality test on the bed. All tests passed. Placed bed back into service.
