Perform Bench Warranty Repair: Evaluated, still seeing valve faut error after replaced Main electronic board, try different new CPU plus Flash card, still seeing valve fault error, try new valve driver board, still seeing valve faut error, try different valve hardness, the valve fault error gone. so put everything i tried back. Work on valve hardness, found V#2 black wire disconnect, V#4 black wire disconnect, V#5 black wire disconnect. After repaired all wire. The valve fault error disappear. started up unit, Perform fine test procedure, record parameter, chart record MDL/Helium Stability. Unit leak check ok shut off unit, ship it back to customer.

⚠️ Problem Description
Note 06.10.2025 14:20:00 PIERCEB Paul C worked on Service Order: 6008108541 and stated the following: V2 and V4/5 are not getting 24VDC to open the valves, thus the system constantly has a Valve Fault. The Valve Driver Bd has +24V on two pins of the V1-5 Molex harness output, but only -17V and 0V on the two other pins that appear to not be ground. The readouts are the same with the harness connected and disconnected from the valves. The valve bd has already been replaced, and we’ve tested new valves and solenoids with no effect. That leaves the Mainboard and DC power supply as the 2 other related components - the main board is certainly straightforward to replace but he DC power supply requires taking a good bit of the system apart, and @NEGRETE,JUAN (Agilent USA) makes a good point about visibility to the customer, and how many repairs should be done for a brand new system. I am happy to perform necessary repairs, but Bench Repair may be another option so we don’t have a brand new unit taken apart at the customer site. ____________________ Note 26.09.2025 18:46:14 MOHPANDE [09-26-2025 ATI RM TEAM Mohit Pandey] Part R2131301 and R2010302 Qty-1 each are on Backorder in 2810.
