12/4/2025 Repaired leak on rough line. Replaced module for 620 scroll pump. Motor bad, replaced also. Motor on scroll pump replaced S4841001 and leak valve R2011302
12/8/2025 Started and leak checked. Internal leak valve leaking. Replaced along with correct filter. Restarted and leak checked OK.
12/10/2025 Removed vacuum system and cleaned, replaced turbo pump and rebuilt spec-tube. Started up unit. 12/16/2025 Perform fine test procedure, record parameter, MDL/Helium Stability N/A. Unit leak check ok shut off unit, pack it up, ship unit back to customer.
