🔧 Work Performed
Arrived first to location where the new panels would arrive. Once finally checking with front desk i was able to get package with new panels. traveled to expo and once i was able to get into expo began removing top panel. Top panel removed with no issue but tool sent did not work with bottom security screws. after several attempts had to leave location to purchase security bits. once i returned with new security bits i was able to remove bottom panel and install new panel. Customer then instructed that they would dispose of old panel as they will NEVER use those panels again and do not want to have this issue again.

The kiosk that arrived in Las Vegas has regular AHA panels and not the latest ‘Kiosk MUST have AHA (My Life Check) branded panels’. Higi needs the AHA life check panels shipped to the tech ASAP overnight so they can be installed first thing Tuesday morning (10/21) at the show. (see original WO-01304224)
