Parts that are shipping on the WOs may be duplicate parts, but tech checked and the parts he already received today are the same parts that are being delivered on 12/10 and 12/11.

FSE also spoke with customer, customer requested to schedule on Thursday, 12/11. Will follow up w/ POC to confirm.

11/19/25 AJinerson - WO-01311001 went back into RFS on 11/18 (into backlog) now that we have parts order needing to ship out.

11/12/25 AJinerson - Tech went onsite for 4 scheduled repairs today, 11/12. Site closes at 2:30/3PM, FSE was only able to complete 2 repairs in that time.

Additional parts needed to be ordered, and confirmed with customer that he wants to reschedule remaining repairs when the additional parts come in, to have it all serviced in only 1 more visit.


11/12/25 CRW - Still needs Safety Stop Cam Release replaced per customer request. Contacted Ashley Perry sales for quote on new parts that should have been on original quote.


11/7/25 AJinerson - Call logged on WO-01311001. Called Bill Chambers to schedule tech visit for 4 repairs. I offered tech visit for Monday 11/10 or Tuesday, 11/11 but they needed later in the week. 

Bill confirmed scheduling for Weds 11/12 with arrival around 10AM (per tech arrival time given) for all 4 repairs. 

No further arrival instructions needed per Bill and tech will have parts in hand.
