🔧Work Performed
11/5/2025 Failed Evaluation-Read 75 K for turbo speed. Connector for spec-tube plugged into wrong plug on motherboard, loose and missing hardware throughout. Disassembled and started cleaning.
11/6/2025 Cleaned block and reassembled, repaired spec-tube, sent IDP3 for rebuild, new helium leak, new leak valve. Installed in leak detector. Waiting for IDP3.
11/7/2025 IDP3 installed and unit started. Turbo reads 75K but isn't spinning. Removed and gave to Shawn for testing. Turbo tested OK. Replaced turbo controller. Unit started OK.
Perform fine test procedure, record parameter, chart record MDL/Helium Stability. Unit
leak check ok Shut off unit, pack it up, ship unit back to customer.
