Replaced Right Food end Caregiver panel - issue is still there, Checked internal Control Board - Replaced with Customer provided part. Bed is operational. Assessed for Touchscreen issues. Replaced Left Touchscreen and Calibrated touchscreens. Verified scale and exit operational.
