🔧 Work Performed
11/13/25- EColon- Arrived on-site, checked in with POC and received parts. Searched for a service manual online but could not find one. Called Olympic and was connected with Tuvia who was able to send over the repair instructions. Took table top off and found that the part of the frame that actuator is connected to may have broken off. Sent picture to Tuvia to confirm that the welded frame broke off. Tuvia confirmed, and said he would work with the customer to get them a new unit. Boxed parts back up to be sent back to manufacturer. Work order complete
