Bench Overhaul Warranty: Unit has multiple issues,.
12/16/2025 test Old mother board on test bench ok, test the new ion source board in the unit no good, check spectrometer in the unit ok. Started tear down unit, Cleaned valve
block, replace all O-ring, plunger seal, internal leak valve, internal calibrated leak, new
ion source board. Clean inside spec-tube body, installed hot source filament kit, metal gasket, retorque spec-tube header. Started up unit, perform fine test procedure, record
parameter. MDL/Helium Stability N/A Unit leak check ok Shut off unit, drained oil from pump, pack up unit, ship it back to customer.
12/16/2025 Removed header, cleaned stack and replaced filament 1. Restarted.
