🔧 Work Performed
12/1/25- EColon- WO initiated to review previous repair due to complaints that modifications were made and tech was "banging" on unit. Arrived on site checked in with point of contact and received parts. Midmark sent a new water level sensor kit, a door gasket and a door latch kit. Inspected each part for functionality and damage. Door latches and opens during cycle as intended. Water level sensor shows no signs of damage or leaking and operates as intended. Door gasket on unit was the wrong gasket. Sterilization tech said that unit has been functional since the repair and they have been using it with no issues. Evaluated unit, No damage found. Replaced door gasket and completed a wrapped cycle. Wrap cycle completed successfully with no leaks or issues during cycle. No issues found during evaluation. Unit fully functional
