12/15/2025 Cleaned vacuum system, tested spectube.
2/2/2026 Numerous spectubes tested in this unit. All failed. Kevin tried adding magnets which caused filament failure. Filaments replaced numerous times. Installed test body with good header and calibrated.
2/3/2026 Test spectube with oring and good header installed in LD. Calibrated, leak checked and tested OK
2/4/2026 Leak rated and specs all good. Started to button up. Kevin says we can't ship with test spectube body. Replaced body with MY25160004 and restarted.
2/5/2026 Leak rate out of specs-9 range. Replaced spectube body again with MY17120002 and restarted.
2/6/2026 Swapped dipple magnet with older one. Didn't change drift. Removed header, recleaned, swapped fil 1 & 2, reassmbled , returned original dipple magnet and restarted.
2/12/2026 Replaced spectube again. Previos unit drifted and stopped coming down after vent -6 range. Calibrated and leak checked.
2/18/2026 Unit leak rate in 8 range. Customer getting new unit.

We cannot rebuild the current spectube, we need to replace it and then run at least a 24hr trace on the unit to ensure it doesn’t creep up.
