🔧 Work Performed
Tech tried to adjust the magnet by unscrewing it and cleaning the magnet, but it would not lock. Tech replaced the magnet and after replacing the magnet, tech had a green screen to lock the magnet. Tech was able to run a sterilization cycle. Tech included photos of the screen turning green and the cycle running. Tech showed the site manager, Jasmine, and she was happy to have it back up and running again.
