Problem Description
The serial number is 230313 and the RMA was 11722. The unit was double wrapped in bubble wrap and the box had some damage like it was dropped at some point. However, the damage on the side of the device is not consistent with a box drop. The side is solid and damage like that would only be caused by the device itself being dropped on a hard surface. The main problem I have is that I am told that it did not have that damage before it left, but I truthfully cannot confirm that as I did not take pictures nor see it when it went out. I have included a picture of the side of the device. My primary concern is less the damage to the side and more issue with the probe. I hope this information is helpful.
