1/19/2026 System pressure wait. Found spec-tube seal bad. Cleaned valve block and replaced valve pads and O-rings.
1/21/2026 Replaced filaments in spec-tube-Gain out of spec. Reassembled and started.
2/6/2026 Filament #1 burnt out. Cleaned inside spec-tube body, ion chamber, ion support pole, replaced new set of filaments, metal gasket, retorque spec-tube header. Started up
unit, turbo pump stopped working. (Turbo pump seized) replaced exchange turbo pump, restarted up unit. Perform fine test procedure, record parameter, unit leak check ok MDL/Helium stability N/A Shut off unit, drained oil from pump, pack it up, ship unit back to customer.
