🔧 Work Performed
1/28/2026 Evaluated for PM/Repair (Not). Spec-tube offset -10000008/-10000008. Test port 2.41 x 10-1. Covers damaged. Input power module loose and damaged. Overhaul needed. 2/2/2026 Removed vacuum system and cleaned, removed DS42 and installed new mechanical pump, cleaned inside of unit, replaced internal fan and replaced input power module. 2/4/2026 Got new exchange spec-tube, installed and restarted. Perform fine test procedure, record parameter. MDL/Helium Stability N/A Unit leak check ok replaced leaking block vent valve, fore line bellow. shut off unit, pack it up, ship unit back to customer.
