asset tag and an inspection tag removed from exam table, all three scales calibration verified and stickers placed, biomed stickers removed per POC instructions. appears the monthly stickers were peeled from the adult scales and the infant scale seems to be brand new.

POC not on site called and received a list of three scales missing inspection labels and an exam table that was inspected but shouldnt have been according to their no PM required tags on the other side of the chair
⚠️ Problem Description
Non-Billable Misc. Inspection. Account POC, Eric Bull, states site has several pieces of equipment that were inspected in May 2025 but did not receive proper inspection sticker with proper dates. Tech will meet with site POC and be shown equipment that requires proper stickers that reflect most recent inspection.
