02/25/2026 LHill**the tech is out of the area this week and SLA is being missed. 

 

02/25/2026 LHill-Called (423) 718-8834 spoke with Rhonda Laudone. She confirmed they rec'd the parts. Scheduled for 3/4 with tech arriving between 9-11.


2/24/26 RBerry- Per notes in PO 02/23/2026 DNakoff - Per customer parts have delivered. Update due date Removed delay code.


2/6 MOwens Called and spoke to Rhonda Laudone. I told her the tech would arrive 12pm. She said he would just check in at the front desk and they will show him the unit to work on.

2/5/26 RBerry- Sent teams message in POD chat stating: Matthew Bateman Just keeping everyone in the loop — I called on WO-01349164 to get it scheduled for Michael Swingle tomorrow, as discussed on our Teams call, but Travis did not answer. Melissa Owens Please call on this WO first thing in the morning and then let Michael know if it is scheduled for tomorrow.

2/5/2026 Sramen - confirmed that is was an error for the record type. Corrected and added the delay code of 5a.

2/5/2026 Sramen - received teams message from DNakoff asking me to look into this as to why it had not been called on yet. Found the record type is set as bed services and was not pulling onto the ASC dashboard since it's an Olympic Veterinary Account. I teams messaged RBerry to take care of and got with dispatch to make sure it was a mistake and not something we need to alter on the ASC dashboard.

🔧 Work Performed
02-23-26- I tried to calibrate the scale but it was still not reading correctly. I contacted Travis from Olympic and he walked me through a load cell, display screen, change out. and junction. Scale was still not working. They are sending a new tabletop for replacement. 03-04-26- I replaced the folding table top, calibrated the scale and tested. scale was reading accurately.
