🔧 Work Performed
The Field Service Engineer installed a new RP-Trilogy Evo 3-Way Solenoid Valve and an RP-Trilogy Evo Proportional Valve (AECM) and performed a full PVT in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Despite these actions, the device continues to fail the FiO₂ sensor receptacle verification. Further inspection indicates that multiple tubing assemblies are clogged with liquids and vapors. As a result, the following components will need replacement: main board, Tubing, blower chassis plate, Tubing, FiO2, Tubing, low-flow O2, Tubing, system PCBA and associated system PCBA, as contamination has compromised the affected tubing
