10/8 MOwens Windy replied back that the wall backing is now complete by the contractor. I replied offering Thurs. 10/16 for the visit.

10/1 MOwens Sent a FU email to Windy asking for an update concerning the x-ray install

9/18 MOwens Sent the email response from Windy to Midmark Dispatch to give them an update .

9/17 MOwens Windy replied back that she is still waiting on the owner to make a decision

9/15/2025 Sramen - sent chatter to FSE/SUP/ASC for update/contact to customer & Midmark. I did push the due date out to the end of the week for now but if the customer schedules another visit, we will update the due date again.

9/4/25-EColon- ran into issues during installation. Customer said they would have to talk to owner to see what they were going to do. They also may look into getting a mobile unit. Windy said she would reach back out once they knew what they were going to do.

8/27 MOwens Called Windy back and rescheduled the install visit for first opening on 9/4. Eta around 11am. She said that day works for her.

8/26 MOwens Tech called and said he would not make it to this location Today because his first work order ran longer than expected.. I will send an email to Windy to reschedule for another day.

8/22/2025 Sramen - Updated due date and removed delay code. 

8/22 MOwens Called and spoke to Windy. She said she has all the parts to complete this install. Scheduled the return visit for 8/26 with eta between 3:30pm.

8/11 MOwens See attached email from Windy that she is purchasing the metal plates and will call once they arrive so the return visit can be scheduled.

8/7/2025 Sramen - pushing due date out a couple weeks and sent chatter to ASM to determine how we proceed.

8/7 MOwens Sent an email to Windy asking for an update.

7/30 MOwens Called back to speak to Windy. She said they have not decided if they are going with the metal backplate. she will call back to let us know.

7/16-EColon- customer stated they had wood studs, on arrival found that studs are metal. customer will need to decide if they want to order the backplate for the metal stud installation or try to exchange unit for mobile.


7/9 MOwens Called back and spoke to Windy. They are open M-Th. Scheduled the visit for next available date for this tech on 7/16 with arrival between 10-11am.

7/2 MOwens Called to speak to Windy but had to leave a vm for her to call back to schedule the install.

🔧 Work Performed
10/16/25- EColon- Arrived onsite, checked in with front desk. Installed unit. Completed functions check and completed test exposure successfully. Install complete 9/4/25- EColon- Arrived onsite, while reading through instructions for metal stud install, had some questions. Called George Marino, who explained the process. Found that I needed to get a wood stud and fit it to wall for installation. Went to Home Depot for a wood stud and extra tools that would be needed. On the way back to facility, had to stop at Harbor Freight because the stud finder I previously was using was damaged. Arrived back to facility, took my measurements and began to drill wall. Ran into issue where the back plate that would be on opposite end of wall would not fit due to an interior wall blocking the area. Moving the unit to other side of room would mean that power plug could not reach outlet. All other treatment rooms do not have a power outlet. Called George Marino to see what my options were to install this unit. Customer could have the unit placed on opposite side of the wall but the customer would need to have someone relocate the power outlet in order to plug unit in. Customer could also have wood backing placed where they would like the unit placed. Told customer about their options. Customer said they would have to talk to owner to see what they were going to do. They also may look into getting a mobile unit. Windy said she would reach back out once they knew what they were going to do. 7/16/25- EColon- arrived onsite, checked in with POC. While trying to find stud, realized that the wall may have metal studs. Asked customer if they could confirm stud material with contractor. Studs are metal. Contacted midmark, customer will need more time to decide if they want to continue with metal stud installation or if they would like to exchange their unit for a mobile unit. Customer will reach out to midmark when they have decided on which route they'd like to take.
