Confirmed for 2/9 with Henry Holmes. Front desk has been made aware and will welcome him when he arrives.
1/21/26 AJinerson - Sent email back confirming our scheduled service visit for Monday, 2/9 with arrival between 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (CST) Tech will be coming in from EST.
Asking to confirm if any further arrival instructions/specific requirements as well.

1/20/26 AJInerson - Sent email back to POC Veka offering tech visit 2/9 - 2/11 asking what date works best for them to proceed.
This site is a 5-6 hour round trip for our nearest HCP tech and that is the soonest avail. we have to travel.
1/20/26 AJInerson - Received email from ASM and POC Veka ready to schedule service. Per Veka they are onsite M-F 8AM-5PM.
WO has been on hold since August and Oct. 2025 due to customer unavail.
01/20/2026 DNakoff - Final escalation to account for POC
10/29/25 AJinerson - Clearing tech name and escalating back to ASM due to contact unavailable.
We have contacted updated POC 3 times with updated number but customer has not returned our calls to schedule.
10/28/25 AJinerson - Called site 3rd time to follow up and schedule. Staff said Sharrah is not on site today, but took another message and will give to her to call us back tomorrow, 10/29 when she's back in office.
10/24/25 AJinerson - Called (205) 336-1534 to follow up and schedule tech visit. They said Sharrah Gibson is not on site today but they took my contact info and will forward to Sharrah and their site manager to call us back to schedule.
10/13/25 RCook- Called 205-336-1534 to schedule, spoke with call center, was advised that I would need to leave a message and she will have Sharrah Gibson give me a call back to schedule.

8/26/25 AJinerson - No additional POCs listed besides the 2 that we reached out to. No phone number listed, only emails. Have not received response back from emails. Clearing tech name and escalating to ASM for possible better contact info.
8/25/25 AJinerson - Sent email to secondary POC listed, Herbert Williams, offering to schedule tech's next available date 9/11 (when tech will be traveling to cover HCP work in this area).
8/22/25 AJinerson - Sent follow up email to POC Tamichael regarding scheduling tech visit.
8/20/25 AJinerson - Sent scheduling email to POC Tamichael offering tech visit 8/27 with eta between 8am-10am.
8/14/25 AJinerson - Checking w/ FSE to see when available to travel to cover this since it's a 5 hour round trip and 90 PCS.
