8/7 KKelch called site to see why they refused the delivery, they said that the front desk staff hadn't seen anyone come by during their business hours. 

8/6/2025 Sramen - teams message in service pod chat sent to ASC/SUP. Customer rejected delivery today so parts will not be onsite for the scheduled appt. Will need to get these parts to Andy before he can go onsite.

🔧 Work Performed
checked the back of exam chair. liquid has been dripping out and onto the back cover of motor pump. removed cover for the back cylinder. Pressing back button on foot pad moves the back cylinder move. notice leaking by the connection of hose and back cylinder. tightened the hose. unable to lift. was able to move back function up by hand. checked connection area. Sound of air leaking. hydraulic fluid came out of motor pump. Unit will require Hydraulic fluid to test cylinder function. Update 8/12/2025 - Tech arrived on site and was handed the Hydraulic Fluid that was sent to the customer. Tech added the fluid to the pump and tested the cylinders. All worked except the back cylinder. When tech pushed on the back to get some fluid into the cylinder, tech had backfill from the pump. Tech tried it multiply times and it kept backfilling out of the pump. Tech showed the site manager and told her it may need a new back cylinder and the lines to go with it. Customer agreed and said she would like a quote before proceeding.
