9/15 Zstieben. 3 autoclaves were PM'd and parts were added in Ebiotrack and SMX. 1 Autoclave was just PM'd in July by myself on a seperate inspection visit. 4 Autoclaves total, 3 were PM'd with parts added and ! was not PM'd. Notes are in Ebiotrack and SMX and Internal Notes.
9/12/2025 NSuarez per note left seems like no PM Kit was used please delete parts if they where not used.
9/11/25 ZStieben Midmark M-11 autoclave asset # 12965956 was PM'd in July 2025 on previous inspection and did not require a PM kit on this inspection.

Technician may need an additional day to complete.
The contour equipment was inspected in July this year however Sono Bello merged the sites in the system and wants all the equipment on the same annual schedule.
