Ms. Dillard confirmed tech Dylan Ingraham is cleared and confirmed scheduling tech visit for tomorrow, 10/21 with eta between 10AM-12PM.

10/20/25 AJinerson - Sent follow up email to POC Kimberly asking if we have clearance approval and offering tech visit tomorrow, 10/21 with eta between 10am-12pm if clearance approved.

10/13/25 RCook- Emailed Kimberly McNeal to follow up on background check clearance. See logged email.


9/29/25 AJinerson - Per conversation below with POC Ms. McNeal - we will not have confirmation on approval of clearance for up to 2 weeks. They will reach back out to us once they have approved clearance for Dylan Ingraham.


9/25/25 AJinerson - Called and spoke with Ms. McNeal and she informed me we will not have approved clearance by next week, we should know if we have approval within the next 2 weeks and will hear back from either Ms. McNeal or Ms. Koronich when ready to schedule.

9/24/25 AJinerson - Sent email to POC Kimberly offering tech visit on 9/29 with eta between 11am-1pm. Included tool list for clearance and asked if any other requirements needed for clearance as well. Awaiting Kimberly to confirm scheduling.
