11-19 JM: Registered new handheld controller to chair. Registered new foot controller to chair. Tested all functions and scale. Verified working properly. 08-18 JM: Customer unable to find the part. 07-25 JM: Attempted to associate multiple hand and foot controllers to chair but not being detected. Reseated board connections and still not associating. Spoke with Midmark, new board being shipped. 11/7/25 - KC: Replaced wireless board. Hand and foot control not connecting to chair. Replacement controllers ordered by Midmark to ship to customer.
