09/10/25 EBar. I conducted the annual inspection of the biomedical equipment. Following the manufacturer's protocol, I verified the standard calibrations for BP gauge, VSM, EKG, Thermometers and weight measurements. We also recorded any new equipment found and filed records for any equipment that was not present during this inspection.
