9/24 MOwens Jeff replied back that any days work during Oct for scheduling the inspection visit.
9/24 MOwens Replied to an email from Jeff Douglas asking about scheduling during Oct. Asked about good dates to schedule in the reply to him.
9/22 MOwens Called to speak to Jeff Douglas. Left a vm for him to call back about scheduling the inspection service during Oct.
10/24/2025 Plane was delayed due to a fallen soldier was taken off the plane by the honor guard.
🔧Work Performed
10/21/2025 - 10/24/2025 JWD Located all biomedical equipment and performed initial annual inspection, calibration and electrical safety tests for this site. Total of equipment inspected is 423 . Added all equipment to inventory. All equipment not located added to archives notified POC of inspection findings and completion. Completed final assessment of 10/21/2025 - JWD Complete walkthrough with POC to discuss the inspection going over with the POC regarding the units that have been added in inventory. Reviewed the archive list to ensure no equipment was not inspected to prevent a follow up inspection. 10/24/2025 Completed inspection onsite and moved inventory from another site that closed and also completed inspection of eqquipment on their mobile bus.
🔍Technician Findings
10/21/2025 - 10/24/2025 JWD Complete a walkthrough with the POC for the units that need to be inspected. Locate all biomed equipment and perform annual inspection, calibration and electrical safety tests for this site. Add all equipment to inventory. Any equipment not located add to archives. Notify POC of inspection findings and completion.
