🔧Work Performed
Arrived on site and began by inspecting power supply to ensure proper power. Once power supply confirmed functioning removed panel that holds all wiring began testing for power along the wiring and finally found input power to intelligent temperature controller but no output power. This gives indication that new ITC is needed 9/9 arrived on site and checked in with front desk to call poc. Poc allowed me access to unit and gave me part ordered. Began removal of old PDI ITC and installed new PDI ITC. Once unit put back together did notice unit might need to be calibrated. Called manufacture to confirm and was placed in a call back list. Once manufacture called back they did confirm unit would need to be calibrated. They said they would email instructions but after waiting 15 minutes no email came through so called again. Representative informed me they would resend email and this time email was Recieved. Calibrated PDI AND set temp to ensure unit functioning as intended.
