9/9 JCunningham - I reached out to my supervisor to ask a question that might have affected time input on this WO. I was told he would get back to me yesterday, but never did. He told me to close the WO this morning as he hasn't received confirmation on how to proceed yet but would address it in a different way if approved. This is the only reason the WO was serviced and not closed yesterday.

8/29/25 RCook- Received email from Rodney stating we will need to follow the schools schedules. Listed below. Emailed back asking how much equipment is at each site to determine how much time technician will need to be onsite. See logged email on WO-01297285.
It needs to follow our schedule. I am not going to be able to leave clinic and go to each location. I spoke with Dena and she said she was going to let you know it needed to follow our normal schedule. This will take away from out schools and the time they expect us to be there. Our schedule is as follows:
Monday- High School 7:30-4pm
Tuesday- Central 7:30-11, Benndale 12-4
Wednesday- LC Hatcher 7:30-11, Rocky Creek 12-4pm
Thursday- LT taylor 7:30-11, Agricola 12-4pm
Friday- Middle School 7:30-11, High School 12-4
