10/16/2025 LHill-sent email to Tammy-I have this scheduled for 10/30. Also, asked her to answer the scheduling questions.


10/15/2025 LHill-rec'd email from Tammy-Can we do the 30th? See logged email.


10/14 MOwens Sent email back to Tammy asking for a good date in Oct that works for her to schedule the inspection visit.

10/9 MOwens Found out that Tammy Spencer is the POC for this location instead of Burlington in reply back from her. She is looking for a good day to schedule during Oct.

9/29 MOwens Called the location and spoke to the receptionist. She said Sandy Bailey no longer works at this location. The Practice manager will call me back to schedule the inspection service during Oct.
