🔧Work Performed
9/23 B. Thompson. Removed and replaced power switch. Removed and replaced chamber filters, cleaned out drain by using forced air. Performed chamber cleaning using Tutt-Clean.
8/26 TD- DID A PRINT TEST & A RESET UNIT. RAN AN UNWRAPPED TEST CYCLE AND PRINTER IS NOW RUNNING CORRECTLY AND PRINTING INFORMATION AS SHOULD. (if printing problem happens again it could be the AJUNC3 board per tech support & will need recalibrating if replaced)
🔍Technician Findings
9/23 B. Thompson. Upon arrival found unit to be inservice. Staff reported the unit was not draining correctly and that items would be wet when a cycle was completed. After a cycle, I could not duplicate the issue.
8/26 TD- FOUND THE ON/OFF ROCKER SWITCH TO BE FAULTY WHEN POWERED ON/OFF. UNIT IS NOT STAYING POWERED ON WHEN THE UNIT IS SWITCHED ON. ALSO FOUND PRINTER TO BE FAULTY. PRINTER WILL RUN BUT WILL NOT PRINT ANY INFORMATION DURING A CYCLE

Yes, Tuesday September 23rd works for the technician to come and replace the new part.
We have another issue with the same autoclave, though, and need a tech to come out and take a look at it ASAP. The most recent load that ran made the sterile packs soaking wet, and there is water pooling at the bottom of the autoclave. The load said that it failed due to LOW water levels.
