10/1 Jason - Inspection Complete - Performed inspection on 74 devices. Had 1 device fail inspection, but was not removed from service. The connector to the cuff had a broken clip on it. Failed the inspection and opened a work order to have a replacement sent to the site at the customer's request. The customer states that this has been broken for quite some time and haven't had any issues with it yet, but would like it replaced before it does become a problem. All other devices passed inspection and were placed back into service.
