8/26/25 SReich - Left a vm, gave them the WO # and told them someone would be reaching out to schedule around the arrival of parts. 

🔧 Work Performed
Replaced o-rings in scalar hand piece. Replaced low speed scalar tubing (cracked). Found water in regulator bowl. Unable to replicate breaker issue. Recommended a PM service be set up to replace PM components. Talking to Midmark (30 minute wait) they suggested run unit and if problem starts occurring again look into a PM kit.

Customer reported breaker on unit opens when using high or low speed hand piece. Also indicated scalar hand piece keeps slipping out of tube connection when being used.
