Checked in with front desk and signed in to get allowed into room with scale. Next began by removing scale from pediatric table. Once all scale components removed, began installation of new scale components. Table not previously leveled so ensured to level table before getting proper weights. Ensured to calibrated scale and confirmed calibration with weight. Customer shown results and repair completed.
