12/11/25 RBerry- Received email from Josh Lundgren stating: Yes Rhea, I responded to the last email that I was sent and I would like to confirm that we will have a technician that will work on the two open work orders that we have. I tried to confirm packages with Agilent. I have 2 of 3 that they listed that I need. I sent over a list of all the parts that I have on hand at this moment and I haven’t heard back. I do not want to have a repeat of last time when we have two open WO’s and the tech was only able to do one because of parts. Also I need to confirm that both of the machines I have that need PM’s is going to happen on the same visit. We do not need to have two separate visits to have work completed. I just need to know what other parts I need to have and confirm all the work that will be conducted when the visit is scheduled.

10-30 Mburris email from POC ........I have reached out twice to Agilent about the open Work orders I have and for what serial numbers, however there seems to be an issue with payment and I believe they want that resolved before doing more appointments. Please allow me some time to work out the pending invoices and I will follow up with the equipment

10-17 Mburris email from POC can not find parts.......I will reach out to the shipping and receiving dept. to see if they know where this package is. If I cannot locate this package what would be next steps? Also if this is from the end of Sept. I believe it will only be on spec tube. I have two machines that need PM’s will we have another package being shipped? Can I get the tracking info. for that to anticipate the arrival?

I still have not seen the spec tube delivery, and I should have two VS MD30 Mobile Leak Detectors to schedule at the same time just to confirm. 10/6/25 RCook- Received email from Josh Lundgren stating: I had a third one that was down, but I was able to change the part out myself and the machine is now working again.

Both of the following machines are MD30’s. The two that I currently have for PM’s are the following serial numbers:

US12454002

MY15150005

Is there any way that we can have these both scheduled to perform the PM’s one day after the other, or both in one day if possible. Placing WO in reschedule status. Emailed Josh asking if he has SO # for US12454002 as we do not have a service request for this serial number.
