Annual Equipment PM
I am emailing on behalf of the Cranford First Aid, I am looking to schedule
a PM maintenance on the following equipment.
Stretcher SN: 160639963
Stairchair SN: 050939736

9/11/25 DPatton - PM not calculating. Travel NTE $500
9/11 KSmith -- Spoke with FSE and WO should be closed. EBT system glitched and moved it back to scheduled. Teams message to Matt to close WO for FSE who is driving
9/11 KSmith -- Text FSE for update
9/8 KSmith -- Scheduled for Wednesday with Nestor. 9-11am
9/5 KSmith -- FSE arrived onsite at 945 and advised no one was there. FSE spent the next hour calling the POC with no response. FSE reached out to ASC at 1045 to see what they should do. Advised FSE to keep trying for another 5-10 minutes and that I would try as well. Reached out to Nestor via email and was advised that he left at 1015am becuase no one was there. Advised Nestor our next available date for the PMs is September 15th between 9-11am. Per Nestor "At this current time I am unable to confirm a day/time but when the technician returns we can try to arrange something." Advised Nestor that we cannot place anything on the schedule until he confirms a date/time and am awaiting response.

I called you and spoke to you at 9am and then called again and left a message at 10:15am. For clarification purposes the address is 6 Centennial Avenue, Cranford NJ 07016 . Is there possibly a different technician that may come out that isn’t attending training next week?

I have not on received any phone calls and did not see anyone onsite. I left approximately at 10:15am and saw nobody arrive. I did have to leave since no such technician arrived during the allotted time.

While I understand it is a time frame, I would much rather prefer an estimated time for the technicians to arrive for future reference as I was waiting at the building for over 2 hours and he did not show. When I called your number is when I departed from our building address. At this current time I am unable to confirm a day/time but when the technician returns we can try to arrange something.
